Our smart access technology focuses on solving major challenges and pain points for the multifamily industry such as improving security through replacing antiquated audio only intercom systems with a high security video intercom, reducing burden on managing the system for property managers and making access frictionless for residents through face recognition access.
This is a HUNTER based outside sales role. Leads will be provided but approximately 90% of leads will come from generating opportunities from local property management companies, security integrators, etc…Ideally we are looking for someone who has at least 2-3 years of experience in tech or selling to the multifamily industry.
Responsibilities
- Manage the entire sales cycle for a set number of leads, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
- Handle a pipeline of 75-100 opportunities
- Make 500 outbound calls a week through Orum
- Consult with prospects to understand their specific challenges and objectives and demonstrate how our solution can address their unique needs through the SPICED & Challenger method
- Deliver compelling product demonstrations to showcase the value and benefits of our solutions
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure a smooth onboarding process and ongoing support for clients
Qualifications and Experience
- An undergraduate degree at an accredited university
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales metrics
- Ideally someone who has experience in SMB & Mid Market sales
- Has experience working independently and works well in a team environment
- + if you have experience working at at startup
