- Visitors/Deliveries walk up to the QR code
- They open their phone and scan the QR code
- It pulls up the virtual intercom directory on their phone browser
- They can start a video intercom call using their phone, to talk to a resident remotely
- Resident receives a video call through their Swiftlane app from the visitor and can remotely buzz them in
