Swiftlane's Face ID entry is extremely convenient!

I love being able to buzz in packages when I am not at home, and the safety element of having photos of anyone who buzzes in! I have yet to have an issue with the system, it has consistently worked perfectly!

Swiftlane has made our gate traffic a breeze!

We've had Swiftlane for a few years now for our gates and really love that you can create PINs for clients to let themselves in. I can also program the gates to be open during certain times that I anticipate high traffic. Even if I'm on a call with someone else, I can open the app and unlock the gate. Customer support is really good about reaching out and letting me know something is wrong before it becomes a problem. Highly recommend!

Swiftlane also allows management of PIN numbers for guest access and/or caregivers! It also logs all entries with a visual capture and the time of access for all entries to the building and recreation room. I can manage all tasks from the app or laptop along with live camera feeds of the mailroom. Worth looking into as a solution!

We chose Swiftlane against ButterflyMX

Swiftlane was less expensive and offered better functionality. We've had it for about 5 years now and it's been great. The tech continues to evolve and is quite stable, and customer service is very responsive.

Great property management solution

Swiftlane made it easier to manage the property because we were able to connect the system to our third party property manager and allow them to run with the process in terms of being the front desk. I don’t have to sit onsite in the office and wait to open doors for resident’s visitors or deal with any potential issues.

There are definitely many things that I appreciate about Swiftlane. The dashboard has been really easy and super user-friendly. Some things I really appreciate about Swiftlane are that I can help open the gate for delivery people from anywhere. I just get a call on my phone, I open up the app, I can see who it is, and then let them in.
